At Ro3Hub.com we are starting an ambitious but important project: a community-driven Ragnarok Online 3 database. Our goal is simple. We want to build a resource that every player can use to find reliable information about items, monsters, maps, skills, and more. The database should be flexible, future-proof, and open for everyone.
Technical Setup – Built for Growth
We designed the system so it can grow with the game.
- PostgreSQL – The main database that stores all data safely and efficiently.
- Directus – A headless CMS that helps us organize and edit the content without rigid limits.
- Nuxt – A frontend framework that delivers fast and modern web pages.
As a result, we can update the database quickly when Ragnarok Online 3 changes. New content, balance patches, or drop rate updates can be added without problems. My knowledge is rather limited, but I learned a lot already while starting this.
How You Can Contribute
This project will only succeed with the help of the community. Therefore, we are looking for support in different areas:
- Programming & Database Design – Improve the structure, optimize the code, and connect PostgreSQL, Directus, and Nuxt.
- Content Capturing – Collect in-game data such as items, monsters, maps, drops, and screenshots. Verify that information is correct.
- Content Creation – Write short guides, descriptions, and tips that make the raw numbers useful for players.
In addition, small contributions already make a difference. Each entry, screenshot, or guide helps us move forward.
